CrossFit Unlimited: $150/ Month
CrossFit Limited: $100/ Month (10 Sessions each month)

CROSSFIT

We have CrossFit classes everyday from early morning until late evening. These classes are fun, challenging, and constantly varied. From a novice to a CrossFit Games athlete, these classes can be tailored to perfectly fit you and your fitness level. Come join one of our CrossFit classes and experience the incredible camaraderie at Maven Fitness.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

The “Oly” lifts are the dynamic, technical lifts; the snatch and clean & jerk. They’re called Olympic lifts because they are the only lifts tested in the Olympics. These lifts are excellent at producing greater mobility, speed, power, strength, accuracy, and coordination. The intention of this class is to learn, develop, and master the complex techniques necessary to excel in Olympic style weightlifting. This class is for beginners, skilled lifters, and everyone in between.

HEROFIT

Every Saturday morning we offer our Herofit class. Herofit is greatly enjoyed by our members. Each week, the class does a different CrossFit Hero Workout to honor a fallen soldier who sacrificed his or her life for the safety of our country. There is something extra special about doing one of these workouts for a reason greater than yourself. It is made even better with an amazing group of people that encourage you to push yourself beyond what you thought possible.

FOUNDATIONS (FOR CROSSFIT)

The “Foundations” are exactly as they sound. These classes cover the basics we build upon. Crossfit is grounded in a principle called virtuosity; doing the common uncommonly well. This concept suggests that all skill acquisition correlates with mastering basics. A figure skater must first learn to skate very well forward and backward, prior to developing a triple axel. There’s no one in the world that can perform a strict ring muscle up that cannot demonstrate a really good push up. A strong foundation is vital to success. Schedule your Foundations today. CHILD CARE

For our little kiddos, we offer child care some weekday mornings. We have a designated kids’ area in our gym with toys and activities to keep our Mini Mavens entertained while their parents workout. During the designated times, this area will be supervised by one of our staff members to keep your kids safe and having fun. This child care is for kids ages six months to 5 years old.
