We have CrossFit classes everyday from early morning until late evening. These classes are fun, challenging, and always constantly varied. From the inexperienced novice, to the CrossFit Games athlete, all our CrossFit classes can be tailored to perfectly fit you and your fitness level. Come join in on one of these classes and experience the incredible camaraderie inherent in our wonderful sport.
Mavenfit is a bootcamp style class for those interested in endurance and skill development, rather than pure strength. Mavenfit is the perfect starting point for someone new to our unique style of fitness, and it's a great way to "get your feet wet" before starting CrossFit. The foundation classes are not required to take part in our Mavenfit classes, so come on in and join some awesome people in a great bootcamp workout.
On Thursday mornings and evenings, we offer Strongman classes. This class compliments our regular CrossFit programming, while offering a chance to work on unique strength building movements. The Strongman class is perfect for anyone wanting to have some fun while getting strong alongside of great people. This class also works toward CrossFit’s goal of “regularly learn(ing) and play(ing) new sports”.
Every Saturday morning, we have our Herofit class. This class is highly loved among our members. Each week, the class does a different CrossFit Hero Workout to honor a fallen soldier who sacrificed his or her life for the safety of our country. There is something special about doing one of these workouts with an amazing group of people that encourage you to push yourself beyond what you thought possible.
The adults aren’t the only ones that get to have fun at our gym. Every Saturday morning, we have our Mini Mavens CrossFit Kids classes. There are two separate classes for ages 3-8 and 9-12. We want to capitalize on kids' inherent desire to play, and use it to help instill a healthy relationship with fitness in them from an early age. CrossFit Kids is also a great tool to help children improve in all of their other sports because of its unique ability to work overall coordination, agility, endurance, strength, confidence, and camaraderie.
Foundations (for Crossfit)
The “Foundations” are exactly as they sound. These classes cover the basics we build upon. Crossfit is grounded in a principle called virtuosity. Virtuosity means to do the common, uncommonly well. This concept of virtuosity suggests that all skill acquisition correlates with mastering basics. A figure skater must first learn to skate very well forward and backward, prior to developing a triple axel. Specific Muscle Training
This class targets specific muscle groups and movements that aid in becoming better at CrossFit and Strongman with overall bettered health. The goal is for the strength learned and obtained in this class to be directly implemented into the lives of those in it. As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "The resistance that you fight physically in the gym, and the resistance that you fight in life, can only build a strong character".
For our little kiddos, we offer child care some weekday mornings. We have a designated kids' area in our gym with toys and activities to keep our Mini Mavens entertained while their parents workout. During the designated times, this area will be supervised by one of our staff members to keep your kids having fun and being safe. This child care is for kids ages six months to 5 years old.
